WARNING: Purchaser's assume all liability contingent to the use of firearms, ammunition, and other merchandise purchased from John J Hayes Historical Collectibles. All weapons sold as antiques or collector's items are not guaranteed as safe or in functioning order and are not intended for actual use.
All firearms are pre-1898 and conform to federal laws. If your state, county, city or country requires a permit, please enclose with your order. No firearms are sold to minors.
TERMS: Cashier's Check or Money Order. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, the item may be returned for full refund within the usual three day period, if returned in exact same condition as received.
LAYAWAYS: 25% down, 25% each month, total payments in three months, no returns on any layaway item. Delinquent accounts or cancelled orders forfeit all payments made. All orders must be accompanied by payment with in 7 business days. Connecticut and Pennsylvania residents, please include appropriate sales tax or copy of Tax License.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Buyer pays all shipping and insurance expenses. Please enclose shipping cost with your order. We recommend U.P.S. whenever possible. If choosing this method, give street address as U.P.S. does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Make your decision as to how you want your order shipped and insured accordingly.
STORAGE: All items stored in secure off premises location until shipped.
