This pistol is really for the advanced Colt Collector.  In 40 years of collecting this is the first one of these I've seen.  Granted it's in relic condition but even that tells a story as 4 chambers are still loaded so this pistol went down in action.  If somebody wanted to take the time this gun could be freed up with proper soaking as the hammer still moves so I know the internal parts are O.K.   The serial number 79383 appears to match on all the parts that I can make out.  I'm sure that a good many of the best Colt Collections in the world don't have this rare model variation.
