This wonderful looking Relic still has 5 maybe 6 chambers loaded.  It also retains it's original percussion caps. Obviously ready for action when it went down. We can only guess at the circumstances. By it's visible serial numbers (68925) the pistol was mfg.'d in 1857 so it would have been available for use in the American Civil War.  The mechanism is frozen solid.  Still loaded Relic's  are a rare find indeed!
