This is a very attractive Civil War Relic Colt Army with 3 cylinders still loaded so it's safe to say that it was dropped while in action.   The cylinder is frozen solid.  The hammer has been bobbed and rests on a safety between chambers.  The visible serial numbers are all matching and designate the year of manufacture as 1863. The original owner has scratched his initials J.D. on the butt strap.  This one does talk to you!
