This rare rifle is a true Confederate Fayetteville".  When I acqiured the rifle it was missing it’s front barrel band and bayonet lug, which I have since added.  As you can see from the pictures the gun is in very good shape especially for a Confederate piece.  A rare opportunety to own a original Fayetteville  at a reasonable price.
