This is a untouched example of the 18th century Scottish pistol. Some of which were used here in America in both the French & Indian Wars and the Revolution. The pistol has had the addition of a captive ramrod which is now missing. The action is very good and the safety actually still works. The rams head grip still retains the ball of the pick but the pick is missing. Untouched 250 year old guns are very hard to find and very desirable.
