​This wonderful pistol is in very Fine+ condition. It even retains it's original storekeeper's stamp in the stock above the rear lock area. The lock is stamped Vernon 1760 with a Crown over GR and a broad arrow. All the markings are crisp and sharp. The .65 cal. 9" barrel is well stamped with two British proofs on the top and the makers initials I.W* on it's side. The ramrod appears to be original.  These early Dragoon pistols are getting hard to find in any condition but seldom found in this great condition.​
