This early "Ainsworth" inspected Colt comes with a" Letter of Authentication " from Colt authority John Kopec. So I’m not going to go into a long description.  He does however address two interesting features.  One is the early barrel address that was rolled before this production run which means it was pulled from stock.  I removed the ejector housing and the serial number is correct and matching.  Also the fact that the grip may be a correct U.S modification.  A very interesting pistol and totally correct.  Please refer to his letter.
