This wonderful fighting knife has a really great Frontier look. It would fit as nicely in a St.Louis /Kentucky Rifle collection as in a Indian collection. The blade is 11 3/4" x 1 3/4" with a 5 " wooden handle and is still razor sharp.  The archetecture is reminiscent of the early New Orleans Bowie knives.  This knife obviously spent many years on the Frontier either in the hands of a Indian or a Frontierman.
