This Colt has got a very pleasing look to it and exhibits the desirable Colt Frontier Six Shooter on it’s 4 3/4 ” barrel.  Overall the pistol has a nice even blue/brown patina with some original factory blue in it’s protected area’s.  The bore is very good and the serial numbers match.  According to the serial numbers (132039) , the pistol was manufactured in 1890. The action is smooth and crisp.   The only real wear on the gun is the right grip where the owner rested his hand  apparantly as he walked . To me that tells a story in itself , always prepared .  Possibly a Lawman’s gun.
