This is a massive Fighting Knife  with a great Southwestern look,more than likely Texas. It's brand new to the collecting fraternity and never been offered for sale before as it just came into a show last weekend. The blade is 11 1/2" long X 2" wide and very sharp.  The inside of the crossguard is stamped J.D Perez who I beleive to be the maker. The pommel is engraved ACH  which would have been the initials of the owner.  As you can see the grips are horn slabs and are a very comfortable fit to your hand. The scabbard is a little bit longer than the blade but appear to have the same age and wear as the knife so I would suspect them been together since day one.  It's not often that you get a chance at a new to the market Bowie. This outfit has great eye appeal.
