This second model is a very attractive pistol.  It exhibits factory floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the barrel, frame and cylinder flats. The top of the barrel has a simple line and dot design and there is a simple line and dot design on the top strap. The barrel has a good etched panel exhibiting COLT NEW 32 .The serial number on the butt is 16836.  A beautiful set of pearl grips, accentuated by it's nitre blue screw, which really sets this pistol off. Overall the revolver retains 75% of it's original nickel finish. Traces of gold finish remains on the hammer and one cylinder flute has 98% gold finish and another retains 60% original gold finish.  Also, there's gold wash still present in the knurling of the arbor pin and the sides of the trigger. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear. The action is perfect.  A great addition to any top end collection.
