A really nice Confederate outfit. The pistol is all matching and has 60%+ Blue and 30% case colors which is super condition for a Confederate gun. The belt keeper has “C S A” on it done in tar but is very hard to see  .” Pvt.Wise” carved his name on the buttstrap and is original to the period. The 21st So.Carolina saw much heavy fighting and Pvt.Wise was WIA at Drewry’s Bluff. This is one of the most complete Confederate rigs available today and would make a great addition to any Civil War collection.
