This beautiful Colt has all the earmarks of the master himself. I’ve tried my best to show this with the camera but unfortunetly I left much to be desired. The pistol is really better than my pictures retaining 60-70% blue with really no wear. There’s still case colors present although faded and most of the screws retain their original blue. The cyl. scene is all there and retains blotches of original blue. The serial numbers all match and the ivory grips are outstanding. The case is the original factory case with a minor 1/2"x 1/8" chip and repair on the back left corner which doesn’t detract in any way from the case. The lining is original and in super shape. The grips are really beautiful being white on the exposed side and mellow yellow on the side that faced down in the case. I saw no reason to remove them as their a perfect fit and obviously been on there forever. There’s also a leather pouch containing a mix of conical and round .31cal. balls. A really great Colt Factory outfit.
