A nice american short sword from the 1750’s.The blade is 28" with a 7 1/4" blood fuller.The ivory handle has a great mellow patina and is all there.The guard has a old brazed repair done in the period and does not detract from the sword at all.The English short swords are around but the American  short swords are really getting hard to find these days.
