A really attractive sword whose 28 1/2′ blade  still exhibits all it’s original etched patriotic motifs and most of it’s original factory polish. The grip retains all it’s original wrap and twisted brass wire. The patriotic pommel has a American Eagle surrounded by 13 Stars.  The scabbard is in excellent + condition.  One of the best Civil War Naval swords you’ll find today.
