Totally untouched early 1873 Colt S/A Indian Wars " Relic". There aren't any visible serial numbers but the ejector housing is pulling away from the barrel , so you can see that it's the early first type with a bolster coupled with the early donut head ejector rod. This would make it early enough to be included in a Custer collection. The trigger guard appears to have caught a bullet . At this point the pistol ended up on the ground, where it appears a heavy wheel rolled over the barrel rendering it partially oblong. A really neat piece!
