This is a good looking little pocket pistol with a great date "1776" cut into it’s trigger guard strap. The gun was originally a flintlock and obviously  converted to the percussion system later on.  The pistol exhibits some really fine engraving and beautiful stock carving.  These high grade pocket pistols were very popular with American Officers during the Revolution. If you want an honest pistol the was there for the birth of our nation and don’t want to lay out big dollars. This will do it.
