A very Rare and Historic musket. "Never seen for sale " or outside of a museum.  This musket has the proper arsenal marked "Mexican Eagle &Snake" on it’s lockplate. This arsenal was closed in 1834 so we know this pre dates the Alamo.  Almost all of these muskets were captured and destroyed at The Battle of San Jacinto.  A true centerpiece of any collection.
