It's rare to find one of these scarce guns this complete. It even retains it's original uncut 42" barrel. The lock functions properly on both half and full cock. These Leman Trade guns are highly desirable as they also fall under the catagory of Little Big Horn Guns . Everything on this gun is correct and I've included in my photo's excerpts from Jim Gordon's authoritive work "Great Gunmakers for the Early West " Vol. II . Also, excerpts from John S.duMont's " Custer Battle Guns" where he reports on the captured Indian Guns that were examined at Springfield Armory in 1879. H.E. Leman had by far (94) the largest representation of Indian captured guns. A truly rare find.
