This beautiful Sea Shell has the Washington Arsenal engraved on it. The Washington Arsenal is where the Lincoln conspirator’s were tried and four of them were executed. The bottom of the shell is engraved  Arsenal Washington . It was demolished in 1867. The shell has a wonderful iridescence under a well aged patina. The dimension are roughly 5″ x 4 1/2″.  Would display nicely with any Lincoln memorabilia.
